A grand illusion.
'Everything is under your control', what an absolute lie to hear, few days ago a MI-17 army helicopter crashed and our beloved CDS martyred along with 11 other beloved senior army officers in that unfortunate crash, these russian choppers have everything russian about them, (ask Poland ;). Well we don't need to dig deep in this tragedy as it's case sensitive to national security, but one of the safest copter (as stats said) break in to pieces in the middle of jungle scare me, only God knows what happened that day.
So getting back to where we started, the grand illusion of having everything in your control, is kinda difficult to grasp, we often tends to control everything around us, people with PTSD knew exactly what I am talking about, that's the basic reason for anxiety, and most common occurence is, we even want to control the thoughts of people about us, whether we are in public place or any social gathering programme, that results in to tendency to make ourself near perfect, that's of course unnecessary.
We have to believe that sometimes no matter what you do, a group of people will always be disappointed with you, you don't need to be perfect everytime to please people. Life will hit you hard, if you tilt way to much to be inorganic.
"A single death is tragedy, a milion deaths are statistics". - Stalin (a russian ass*#le).
